Default details template missing

Hi,

Recently from MX G 2.11.36 credit module,the default details template has gone missing for the 3rd time.

Each time to fix it we had to create the static,reassign cds generators,create credit mkt sheets, reinsert credit curve pillars,delete old crd mkt sheets.
(and each time its the same dd which goes missing)

Has any one experienced such an issue before. [...]
