For our client, a leading and very successful Swiss company (energy trading sector) with office and partnerships in several countries in Europe, we’re seeking for an experienced and dynamic Murex professional to join the Technical Support department.

Based at the company’s Head Quarter in Switzerland (German speaking area) the technical Support group is responsible to support and consult the business trading division.

The Job:

. The Murex Specialist is the interface between the IT dept., the trading division and the users of the Murex trading solution.
. The main objective of the Murex Specialist is the customization, maintenance and also the implementation/Integration of requirements to support the trading activities.
. The Murex Specialist will produce the technical documentation for all relevant ETRM Systems; provide training to Users and applying guidelines and best practices in system configuration and documentation.
. Technical support, User’s support, trouble shooting and defects analysis, suggest/implement fixes are also part of the Murex Specialists duties.

The requirements:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Electronics; – Strong experience with Murex energy trading system; Additional know-how with other ETRM solutions is a great plus. – Project management experience and Database know-how are required – Strong analytical skills and creativity are a plus; – Attention to details and high level of accuracy; – Good communication and presentation skills (written and spoken) – Team Player and customer oriented; – Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or French are a big plus;
