Re: How Well Does Murex Support Commodity?

At most clients I have seen Commodities only being used as derivatives within Murex, meaning futures or other structures.
You can do almost any structure, and Metals are sometimes even handled as FX Spots.

Physical trading is not covered well in Murex yet, as this would require management of logistics as you already mentioned, and also insurances, inspections, etc. However Commodities is also a relatively new asset class within Murex, compared to the others.
